STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Pricing is based on all work being installed concurrently without interruption.
- Customer to Supply Lift at Customer’s expense for all work performed by Contractor.
- All work is to be done during normal business hours (7:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday)
- All equipment shall be installed in accordance with the local building code and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Client is responsible for providing adequate wall/or shelving space for required power supplies, controllers, and equipment.
- The client is responsible for providing two parking spots to Linked Alarm. A fee of $20 per day per vehicle
- Client is responsible for providing 110 VAC receptacles at all required locations, as specified by Linked Alarm.
- Client is responsible for providing all required network items, including but not limited to router username/password credentials, a minimum of 7 days prior to installation. High-speed Internet is required for the functionality of systems being installed, and a bandwidth test was not performed at this time.
- Linked Alarm, LLC agrees to replace any defective part without charge to the customer. This warranty period covers one year from the installation date for commercial customers. Not covered under this warranty are service calls which are made by Linked Alarm LLC due to physical or weather-related damage.
- The Customer is permitted to rescind the agreement, within three business days of signing.
- Payment terms are: one-third of the amount is due upon signing, and the balance is due upon completion.
- Late fees will be applied 30 days past due—a twenty-five-dollar late fee plus one and one-half percent per month past due.
- Any necessary permits, architectural, and/or engineering fees are the customer's responsibility. Unless otherwise stated.
- By signing, the customer affirms that he or she has received a copy of the entire contract at the time of the signing.
- Linked Alarm, LLC maintains insurance in the amount required by law.
- The monitoring service for the equipment installed by the Company will be performed by Rapid Response, Inc. ("Central Station") and is governed by a separate contract between the customer and Central Station.
- The official registration number of Linked Alarm, LLC, can be obtained from the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection by calling toll-free within Pennsylvania 1-888-520-6680. Registration does not imply endorsement.
- It is understood that Linked Alarm, LLC is not an insurer, that insurance, if any, covering personal injury and property loss or damage on purchaser's premises shall be obtained by the purchaser, and that the amounts payable to Linked Alarm, LLC hereunder are based on the value of the services and the scope of the liability herein set forth and are unrelated to the value of the purchaser's property or the property of others located in the purchaser's premises. Linked Alar, LLC makes no guaranty or warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, that the system or services supplied will avert or prevent occurrences or the consequences therefrom which the system or service is designed to detect, avert, or prevent. If Linked Alarm, LLC should be found liable for loss or damage due to failure of service in any respect, its liability shall be limited to the value of the equipment or $250.00, whichever is lower. Under no circumstances shall Linked Alarm be responsible for the purchaser for loss or theft of the purchaser's property, equipment, intellectual property, or any damages or loss flowing therefrom. The customer specifically acknowledges and accepts this agreement in its entirety, including the terms and conditions outlined on the terms and conditions page.
